What not to say

when you are unaware of the presence of the President of the company you work for:

Train of Thought

So, I've spent a fair amount of time (whatever that means) this morning looking for some photos. I wanted to find something symbolic of switching tracks. After searching through several photos that just didn't seem right I realized that in order for me to switch tracks, I would actually need to be on a track to start with.
Right now my tracks looks like this.



That is great - as long as I don't look like this.

I got a little side tracked (woka woka) at this point looking for a photo of a woman in a dress falling over her train - you would think it would be easier to find. Now I guess I have to wait til I see it happen in person so I could run over and yell TRAIN WRECK! I did find this hottie modeling for the FALL line of something or other. I could definitely see myself in those pants *wank* I conduit with that conductor. ; ) get it? get it?

Bored

Wow, I am @ work right now, and actually bored. I wish that I had something interesting to blog about but really I have nothing. I have been at work for four hours and unable to do anything besides move emails around. The systems are down, and yet we are stuck here at our desks, forced to stare at our blank screens and listen to music. It's these moments that I start to consider leaving my job and simply just doing videos and escorting. I've been escorting off and on for a couple of years now, and have been realizing recently that I really do enjoy it. I meet some new and interesting people from different walks of life with drastically varied experiences. When I first started escorting it was honestly just about the money. Now I actually look forward to meetings - most of the time. I won't go so far as to glamorize it completely, but I will say that for me escorting has been a very beneficial adventure. Things have actually been picking up. Soon, it seems that my full time job won't really be worth it. Who knows though. One more person gave their notice today. Soon I will have seniority!

Life has been good lately. Uneventful - but good.

Another One Bites The Dust

Yesterday the 6th person in 13 months gave their notice. Geee whiz! I didn't get home from work until late so was unable to blog. It gets a little annoying when I blog @ home anyway because the blogger does not look and function the same on my mac as it does on my computer at work.
I mailed out my request for a copy of my driving record. I hope they don't charge me extra to cover the cost of postage for such a large, heavy, pack of papers. I figure I should get my license since I'll be getting a car this year. At least that is the plan.
Not much has been happening lately. Just going to work, catching up on the gossip, and dreading going back to work. I guess I've just been annoyed @ several aspects of my life lately. I'll be back in a bit - to write more on my lunch break....
